The Outstanding New Professional Award - to be presented to one who provided exemplary service to the water utilities industry and TWUA in an exemplary manner and has been employed for less than 5 years.
Operator of the Year Award - to recognize water and/or wastewater operators who have shown themselves to be worthy of recognition.
